Each session includes a guided meditation, spiritual practices or writing exercises, group discussion and songs for renewal. Elisa draws upon her experience facilitating personal and spiritual growth retreats and the Hidden Treasure Program at Light on the Hill Retreat Center.
This series is also recommended for those who are interested in Hidden Treasure, a three-year course that meets five weekends per year, co-led by Elisa. The Renewal Series is inspired by the basic teachings and format of the program.
